Popli Type Foundry was founded by Mr. P.L Popli in 1965 mainly as a business to provide all kinds of letterpress fonts for the print industry. In no time, we became pioneers in this field and were the first ones to compile a variety of fonts in different languages and scripts like English, Devanagari, Gurmukhi, etc. At that time, people from all over India would visit us for our variety and extensive font portfolio. In 1991, Popli Graphics Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated officially and the type foundry merged into the bigger banner of our flagship business group.
Fast forward to today, after being in the industry and continuously evolving for more than 50 years now, Popli Graphics is one of the leading suppliers of printing consumables, materials, and equipment in the Print and Publishing industry. With more than 15 relationship partners not only spread across India but worldwide, we are a trusted one-stop-solution companion for all pre-press to post-press needs.
Our dynamic business offerings continue to advance and expand under the able leadership of Mr. Sanjeev Popli and Mr. Rajeev Popli. An engineer with a BE in Printing and Graphics Communication from Pune University, Sanjeev brings domain expertise and cutting-edge technology to his clients and partners, while Rajeev puts on his B.Com hat every day to manage the extensive network of trade operations and deliver value to our customers. Today, both Sanjeev and Rajeev lead a team of talented technicians, industry experts, managers, and sales personnel – all of who work towards providing a comprehensive product portfolio and high service quality standards to our consumers.

MR. P.L. POPLI
Mr. P.L Popli is the Founding Father and Chairman of Popli Graphics Pvt. Ltd. What started as a ‘type foundry’ to provide all kinds of letterpress fonts for the print industry, is now a leading supplier of printing consumables, materials, and equipment in the Print and Publishing industry, all under the tutelage and able vision of Mr. P.L Popli. With his vast experience of more than 65+ years now, Mr. Popli is an industry veteran who has seen generations and dynamics of this industry very closely. Previously, he also held the position of President of the Delhi Printer Provider Association, Chawri Bazar. He is an inspiration for his staff, industry peers and family. Currently, he spends his time nurturing the third generation of Popli Graphics, his grandchildren, whom he is very fond of. He loves to travel to Goa and the next time you plan your visit, make sure to take his recommendations for all the hot spots.
MR. SANJEEV POPLI
Sanjeev Popli is the Executive and Managing Director at Popli Graphics Pvt. Ltd. He completed his B.E in Printing and Graphics Communication from Pune University in 1989 and started his career working with Technova in their plates and pre-press chemical division as a technical sales executive. With a vision to bring technological advancements and the latest innovations to his business, Sanjeev incorporated Popli Graphics in 1991 and ventured into machinery, equipment, and consumables – expanding the company’s portfolio of products, partners, and services. Today, Sanjeev works with leaders, executives, and managers of leading print organizations, helping them accelerate their growth strategies and deliver their solutions to the industry. Under his direction, Popli Graphics has been put on the world map with global organizations partnering with our firm. Sanjeev is a frequent speaker at distinguished events, an industry mentor for incoming graduates, and now a full-time consultant for his clients. While an executive member of his company, in his free time, Sanjeev has no choice but to follow the orders of his two daughters, who are thankfully not teenagers anymore, he exclaims.
MR. RAJEEV POPLI
Rajeev Popli is the Managing and Sales Director at Popli Graphics Pvt. Ltd. A business graduate from Delhi University, Rajeev has more than 10 years of experience in the printing and press consumables industry. While Rajeev is credited foremost for his successful management of our extensive network of trade operations, he is also continuously working on implementing new ideas and projects in the business. Some very recent noteworthy projects he has managed are: Corrugation and paper cup inks project, Setting up of Colortone, our ink-matching center, and Sales convergence and digitalization. Rajeev enjoys music from the golden era and if you are lucky, you may catch him singing tunes of Kishor Kumar in his melodious voice.
